Have you ever only just remembered a great sporting moment ie...
England V Holland
England V Germany
etc
etc
but have been a little to pissed to remember the great goals until the next day while the wife is washing up or at Tescos or sommat and you do a big "Ohhhh" at the great spectical as it all comes back to you...
or maybe you was in the pub watching it...you must have seen it lads with your beer goggles on !!!
I hope no ladys read this especially Debs...if Debs do's...

sorry mate, nothing against spurs, after all you did beat us in the 81 fa cup final . but for us blues , that was one of our "moments" and we dont have "moments" that often wink

Me completely arsehold fast asleep on the floor of the pub.
Been drinking since lunchtime.
Only realised we won next lunch time.
Still have the DVD to keep watching as we stick to em.

I never saw Leon Knight's penalty in the Play off final at the Millenium stadium against Bristol city. Had my back to the goal. Couldn't bare to watch but what a day. smile

erm.... that one doesn't do it for me since i was there... it is the only time i have not been able to speak after a game.....
mind you winning the league that night at old trafford is more that suitable revenge
