I got chucked out of the girl guides for trying to get a blue scout badge
H.x
We were talking about these the other night and even found some on a well known internet auction site but it turns out there is uproar about them being there
Remember the phrase "and admission is free if you bring along your Blue Peter badge" well it seems tight fisted so and so's are buying them so they can get free days out for their kids
One place has withdrawn the free offer after a family turned up and all four of the children were the proud owners of Blue Peter badges confused
Have a read of this >>>>>>>>>>>>>

To be honest I don't think I did I remember being involved on a few bring and buy sales with Cub Scouts and school biggrin But I don't remember actually getting one
I have 2!!!!!
One for doing some gymnastics thing, ( you know how they get people on to show off their routines when they can't think of anything else exciting to do) and one for being a waitress at some charity thing for some well water appeal of some sort.....
Both times I was on telly, struting my stuff, and both times I got ripped to shreds for it at school so probably chucked the badge away redface  lol
den says he doesn't have one, he was too cool for blue peter!

I drew a picture of the Blue Peter and sent it in. They must've liked it. I was really proud of that badge.
Sad or what?

Oh wow - this is scary!
I got one for exactly the same thing, although no idea where it is now.
20 years or so later, my daughter got one, again a painting a futuristic ship. It shows ownership is still something that kids of today appreciate. She was well chuffed with hers and her mates were quite envious.
