I'm increadably self consious with either sex, with men I think they're comparing me with every other woman they've seen undressed and with women I think they're eyeing up the cellulite and saggy bits. I do have a bad self image and there are days when I can't even look myself in the eye in the mirror. If anyone has any suggestions about how to improve this I'd be interested to read them.

Gosh! All embarrassed now…………… redface
Can we have the lights out though, I don’t want to show my wobbly bits. :scared:
This is interesting because I'm suffering from a bout of body paranoia myself.
I never used to be concious about it (never thought I was perfect mind) but as time goes on I've started to notice the weight creep in, pretty frustrating as I've cut down on food, drink and exercise more!
Anyway, that's an issue for me but I guess pretty much anybody who isn't soulless is self-concious so don't worry about it, the other person's probably going through exactly the same thing...you look fab!
Personally I am more self-conscious with my clothes on as well...
When I have my clothes off it is a case of "What you see is what you get"...and there is nothing I can do if you don't like me the way I am...
But when I have clothes on it's a case of will they like what I'm wearing, does it make me look sexy, do I look fat in them...

Who are you more body conscious with .. men or women?
Personally I am more aware of my flaws and bumps when I am with a woman. It's not that I don't care what men think in this respect but I am just more aware of a womans opinion.
I wonder why this is.

Now.. I could be wrong on this but.... I don't think fellas are actually too bothered about the downward migration of body bits over the progress of time(well.. maybe those bodybuilders amoungst us do). I don't regard other blokes and think 'nice body form. dunno My own body its a case of.. well, who's looking!!! lol
However, Mrs DD I know sometimes feels a bit too curvy in the presence of young low milage females, but as I say to her, when we first met (many moons ago!) her body was stunning and all she has done is added a bit more to it for me to cuddle and love. :inlove:
So... don't worry about it! Better to be hugged for what you are rather than an image of what you think you should be (hellfire, i'm waxing lyrical here, best jump back into the bottle quick!) redface
Awwwwww that is sooooo cute!!! Since me and Mr C met, I went from a size 8 to a size 12 and have a bit of a belly and all he does is wind me up and grabs my belly flab lol....Mind, sum good came of it and I went from a 34A to a 34C
:bounce:
I'm always conscious of how i look compared to others, even of women on here. I get so jealous of slim women with big natural boobs :upset:

Further to this yesterday I joined the Gym today!! So now I've told you all about it I have to commit to it!
i am paranoid about my bumps being size 16, do men mind if i am not a perfect 10?

Some will, some won't - it's down to personal preference at the end of the day. We can't all appeal to everyone, nor can we find everyone attractive. I wouldn't worry too much though. biggrin

For years I was a skinny nine stone weakling. All of a sudden I`m middle aged and eleven and a half stone
Mrs flower says I`m gorgeous, so I don`t care.
:inlove: :inlove:
I sooooo sooo soo love mrs f :inlove:

Same same but just add another 3 stone redface
after being conscious of my body image for most of my life, i have now found that image is the last thing on my mind....lol i have all the lumps and bumps that most women of my age do, and don't care....one thing about the sh site is that it has given me the confidence to realise that i am normal.....fun....here i come....lol
