thnking about it ive actually been like this on and off since july last year when dad died, life changed so dramatically for the whole family including living arrangements etc and stress and money worries, along with priorities changing as they do after you lose someone very close you re-evaluate your life

Bedroom confidence is probably something I have lost as well. Can't say there is any reason but lack of it as just made me feel like I cant be bothered meeting anyone. At home everything is fantastic but if it involves a third (or more :-?) then I just dont feel 'capable' of making a move anymore.
Could also be the reason that Nola mentions, in so much as normal swinging as become a little vanilla but as I dont want to take a step and go further, it means I put up or shut up.
