What do you eat for breakfast, or are you a cuppa and a cig' person? I almost always have a bowl of porridge, salted of course.
Cereals, usually frosted flakes, two medium boiled eggs, a banana and a cup of tea. Frequently working out on site you are never sure when or where the next meal will be. Also take food with me.
Smooth1
Depends whether weekday or weekend, whether at home or away - plus what mood, so anything between toast to full monti, cereal & cooked
Porridge cooked with banana and dates and sometimes sprinkled with cinnamon. Yum Yum Yum .
I really struggle to eat in the mornings, I'm just not hungry. I know it's wrong but I usually skip breakfast.
Unless, its the morning after the night before and I have a hangover. In that case you cant beat a full English .... or boiled eggs and soldiers in bed (although it's usually more of a brunch than a breakfast)
Nothing
And then I'm starving mid-morning... I need to sort it.
Nothing till about 10am, then its grapes or .......
Unless its a Friday, then its a bacon batch
Slice of toast on Bakers Best (Morrisons)
Last nights kebab microwaved and spread with nutella.............
Actually I like lunch, so I usually wait till then, unless I have been up especially early and properly ready for a breakfast.
Today, I have mostly been eating porridge.
Nothing...
Used to have a few black coffees in the morning but stopped drinking coffee a few months back.
I have to be up and about for a couple of hours before I can eat anything so normally wait till lunch and that's if I remember to eat then.
When I'm working - cup of tea, porage oats with a swirl of honey followed by 2 slices of toast
When I'm not - several cups of tea, toast, a cooked breakfast (dependant on whats in the fridge), greek yogurt with honey and granola
Nom nom nom!
