yes you can stay overnight on a saturday after couples night. Have done so several times not sure on current charge.
Don't know of any swinging hotels in the area though.

swinging hotel??, not heard of one.
i have lived down Brighton way for a few years now, and have never come across one, BSC, do let you stay overnight for a small fee, but thats about it, but i am sure, as with many other towns which have hotels, swinging goes on all the time.
