burlesque nights

hello there,only my 2nd post on here so carnt say im a regular.
but i was just thinking wouldnt mind a night out with a diffrence.
which brings me to my question.
has any one been on a burlesque night any were?
if so were was it,im looking for a club or venue in the northwest to suprise my wife,over the holiday period.
any leads would be greatfull.

If you google then you should find some - there are burlesque classes in Liverpool and, from memory, the lesson sites had links to performance/troupes on them.

Am interested myself as I would love to go and watch and am also thinking of taking it up myself.
Oh my goodness, my ears must have been burning! lol

Slippery Belle, Burlesque!, Whigwham club or Carnival Divine are all Manchester based, but some do night's elsewhere incuding Chester, Liverpool and Leeds. A general search under burlesque and Manchester will also bring you results. All of the above are a good night out and a great excuse to dress up and be glam for an evening.

well we may be in luck,looks like slippery bell is on at book binders manchester on friday!!
bit short notice but we'll see what we can do. if we get to go will let you know what we thought.
