It occurs to me that campsites could be great places to meet like-minded people, enjoy intelligent conversation and good food and drink, and organise orgies on neutral ground with no travel or accommodation complications getting in the way.
I'm new to this game, but I can't believe I'm the first to think of this. So what's the buzz?
Yes, I do have a caravan, with two double beds since you ask. And heating. And a shower. And a cooker. And a video, if desired.

not as easy as it seems....
yea great idea....all meet up and have fun....you tried finding a campsite that will allow groups !!! When you ring up most..if more than three or four tents toegther...they do not want to know. I have arranged the swing camp in wales now for 4 years..and believe me took alot of ringing round to find suitable place. And the site concerned does think its a birthday party !!! Do you you really think they would let us all come if they knew we were all swingers ????? As for orgy .....well...lets remember that most camp-sites are family places, so even if you do arrange a social gathering...you have to be sensitive to the fact it is a family site...and act accordingly !!!!

when i was married we had a caravan and were part of a caravan club (not THE club) that used to do rallies every other weekend, we had no problem finding sites in the midlands/yorkshire region, but they were usually just the basic, tap and waste disposal only, no electric or showers, sometimes just a field, but we had the place to ourselves and there were often up to 20 vans or more, we would often put up a marquee too, anyway whilst not a swinging club no-one would have been the wiser if anything like that went off
so dont know how this sites club gets on
also last year there was a caravan/camping weekend arranged at youtopia, ideal location and i heard it was great fun

I've come across that camp site before... I find it intriguing the use of angle in the pictures to give the impression af a large pool (sunken) that laps at the edge of the 'clubhouse'.
no pictures of the inside of the barn... errm, clubhouse. Or the facilities.

Swingcamp was my idea you know, i was just too lazy to organise it

.....just as well other were more motivated as its top fun :mrgreen: We have just moved to Wales and live on a campsite, it has mobile homes for rent, long term caravan parking and overnight areas for caravans, mobile homes and tents.
It also has indoor swimming pool (free to anyone booked in) 2 bars (one where kids are allowed with parents and one where they are not allowed, a number of shower blocks/laundrettes shop, cafe, arcade with mini bowling alley, gym etc.
It is walking distance of the beach and town centre.
As swinging venues go it's is excellent. the problem is nobody want to come and visit us here :sad:

There will definetely be something going on here this summer, many friends have promised to visit, and we do have eight 2 or 3 bedroom mobile homes on this site, most with private decking, so perhaps we will have to organise something 
Mobile homes are like caravans but twice the size and permanently located as they cannot be towed only moved by low-loader, they have the basic essentials like plumbing, central heating, electricity, freeview and microwave
ok so they have full kitchens, bathrooms etc but who wants to be cooking on holiday, there is a very nice cafe on site, arcade (with mini bowling alley), and 2 bars, but if we do organise anything it will be a freebie weekend we would not charge for accommodation but it would be nice to spend some time with like minded people :lol:

Although this may seem hard to believe (meaty having a good idea) this is quite true
the git conned me into organising it :sad:
and although it pains me to say so, the pint size bog brush (and the sexy twiglet) did a fantastic job of sorting it out- quality team work all round
