Can someone PLEASE tell me HOW to do it???

I'm having lots of probs... how do i make my writing change colour and size???? i need srep by step instructions please, cos i CANT do it!! I've tried about 5 times tonight, and not 1 attempt has worked!!!!
Any advice would be greatfully accepted please!!!!

Hi dazandlou. I'm sure someone or ten will give you better advice; but this is how I do it.
I highlight the text i want to change then press the appropriate button.
If I want to change two things, say italic and colour, I do it two stages - highlighting the text only each time.
If I want to make it bigger I think of some of the ladies on Swinging Heaven. lol

I see plenty of people have given you the correct advice. Takes a bit of fiddling around sometimes to get it right but you can always review it in Preview first!

If you click the dropdowns first
You'll need to be sure you insert the text between the tags - things that look like -------- is an end tag so at this point it stops!

easier still if you type first, highlight the text you want - then use the drop downs - the tags are automatically placed around the text!
