Andy, a word of advice mate: I think you're labouring under a misapprehension. From this post, and your other one on the almost identical theme, it seems you are under the impression that women just want to be impaled as forcefully as possible and that they will orgasm repeatedly if you do that and nothing else.
Personally I have never met such a woman, and I suspect they are extremely rare, if they exist at all. I think you may have been reading too much porno fiction. The fact is, every woman is different, and the only way you'll please one is to learn about her as an individual.

Honest answer to your question is yes you can get them. They're nowhere as nice as the real thing and can make the guy sore too.
