To answer your question, your circumcision might have a lot to do with being unable to come when getting a blow job. I have come across many circumcised men with reduced sensitivity who were unable to come, not just via BJs but through handjobs too. Well unable is not quite true as I proved to them but it did take close to a couple of hours hard work which made them feel bad. I guess in the back of our minds is the fear that we are taking 'too long' to come and we are tiring the other person out.
