You should have called me Blonde, I was pacing the floor until 5:30 this morning, when I decided to go for a drive. Very rarely go to bed before three anyways.

Ah, insomnia! The reason why my post count is so high. Well, that and being off work for 6 months.
Back at work now, and able to sleep a little better, so I am slightly less vociferous than before.
Blonde - I used to go to the chat room, in these situations. In the wee hours, it's quieter and even us melonin-challenged sorts can keep up.

well when i carnt sleep i usually find sex calms me and helps me sleep n if mr bailiff is asleep i wake him up!!!!!!! or just play with him untill he wakes lol

I seem to get/need less sleep as I get older.I used to be 8 or 9 hours every night,now usually 4 or 5 at most and I sometimes go online to find others who can't sleep and it does help to pass the time biggrin

Do what I've done,
I regulary can't sleep but over a period of time I've built up a list of online friends from all over the world.
This way when I can't sleep there's someone awake somewhere in the world heheheheheh
But from now on I'll go into the chat room just in case we both can't sleep wink
