You will be considered offside if:
You do not leave at least one opposition player (plus the goalkeeper) between you and the oppostion goal. You must be at least level with the last defender/opponent, but cannot stray beyond the line of that player. You must also be in the opposition half of the pitch. The rule does not apply dierctly from a throw in.
