WHy cant i get in chat room& als says to go to starchat& can not get in there either,anyone else having problems.I am sick of this every night!!!! No sarky comments as that is all you get.

It's not much help to me if you just come in here and have a rant. You need to give me as much information as possible so that I can try to find out what you're doing wrong.

Soupy, the message you describe means that your password is either wrong or not being recognised quickly enough to let you into the room. Enter the following command but obviously substitute yourpassword:
/ns id yourpassword
You will get a message back to say whether or not your password has been accepted or is incorrect.
