yeah i agree too , if you call it cheating its bound to hurt . If it was unexpected and took you by surprise your going to have to look at the rules that govern your relationship.

It would kill me if joe did it behind my back and vice versa. You have to set rules and boundries ( which you dont always know what they are going to be straight away) for a swinging relationship to work. Anything done outside of those rules is cheating. Have you discussed with her why she felt the need to do it behind your back? Maybe theres a problem there that your not aware of.

Um your post title says it all.. she's cheated. If you had discussed the possibility of going to solo meets before you swung that would be different but she's let you down. Unfortunately it will hurt a little longer...... rolleyes
