Ok I know it's early, but tonight I'm learning new songs and re-learning old ones, and by gum there's some good 'uns!
"White Christmas" is one of my favourites, but I love the old melancholy ones, like "In the bleak mid-winter" - and for a good boogie, it's hard to beat "Rockin' around the Christmas tree."
Some of 'em just annoy me - "Wish it could be Christmas every dayyyyyy" Grrrrrrr - and I still can't sing "Last Christmas I gave you my heart" without a catch in my throat lol
Which ones do you love and which ones drive you mad?
As I detest Christmas I can only say the same is true of the songs that go with it... though having said that I do have a folder of 1312 Christmas songs in MP3 format (as a result of an internet radio station I used to run) and it contains a rather cracking blues album called "Even Santa Gets The Blues". biggrin

'Santa Is Coming To Town', real jolly gallop.
Oh come all ye faithful is a cool Hymn/Carol thingy If only for the chance to screetch out the final "Oh come all ye faithful" Fanbloodytastic!
God rest ye merry gentlemen - should be sung sat by a large open fire after a large Chrimbo dinner and a large Brandy to hand. Full of good cheer and flactulence
And last but not least "I'm walking in the air with a clothes peg up my nose" as done By that famous Welshman Jones the steam.
