BLACKOUT!!,,,,. Mix one part Becherovka,(green wrongness from Prague) to one part Absinthe and ice . Marvel at its lime green hue then drink! biggrin

. Enjoy the sensation somewhat akin to having pipecleaners inserted into every facial orifice . Dont drink near naked flame wink

If the absinthe is the real thing , people warm the spoon as its absorbing the absinthe.
It really is a drink that should be approached with extreme caution in my opinion :wink:

I have some scary absinthe stories, lastest ones being from a festival I went to last summer.
It is nasty stuff and should be treated with lots of caution. Even the not so real stuff can be dodgy.

Its a kewl idea , and would that it were true , but modern absinthe doesnt contain enough of the hallucinagenic ( thujone) to induce visions unless youre able to down three or four bottles. Its still a kewl drink though :-)

Try this one
Aphrodites Love Cup
Take 5 measures of Brandy
Two Tablespoons of clear Honey
Juice of a lemon
Shake well in a cocktail shaker
pour into a tall glass with ice and add lemonade to taste......
I made this last valentines day for my then partner, trouble is she had another two glasses of it and passed out hahaha new i shouldnt have made so much.... oh well who wants to be my next volunteer!!!
