you always hear about alot of men havin a thing for red heads (and why not). but how come women never seem to make the same statement about blonde/red(or redish) haired men in public confused

why dont they? my ex loved blondes, another loved brunettes and they let it be known, bit of a silly question confused

girls always say what they find cute or sexy in my experiance, have yet to meet one that hides it

My son has a mate who is ginger. He always wears a hat of some description, he is obviously embarrassed to be that way.
I think that is wrong, really wrong. You listen to teenagers taking the piss from ginger lads, how hurtful must that be!

The logic (as I see it) runs thus:
Ginger haired people have fairer skin, which burns easier in the sun
Men with sunburn moan ALL THE FUCKING TIME about how much it hurts (this includes me)
Most women simply cannot put up with that much pathetic whining on holiday, so subconsciously prefer men who are less likely to put the wrong suncream on.
I may be some way wide of the mark here...

obviously everyone likes different colours,shapes , sizes etc(would be a bit boring if we were all the same). but having a very slight bit 'o' red in me blonde hair and having various parteners over the years (so i know its not a big no no!). i've never heard any female say "i like red head lads".
so come on girls say it loud 'n' proud.
stand up and be counted.
fight the power and all that biggrin

Perhaps because being ginger/red, is being in a minority of people, and is a group of people that can targeted with no come back.
Its something I have thought for a long time, a red head, should not be subjected to abuse/ridicule, anymore than a black/blonde person should be.

I quite like red haired men..... does depend on the redness though. This is a bit of a stereotype but the redheaded men I've been in contact with are very sweet natured and kind.
When I was younger I went through a stage where my hair went red (I'm supposed to be brunette) and got the piss ripped out of me for quite a while.
Now I change my hair colour every few months anyway so not sure what "natural" colour my hair is anymore! (it's red at the moment)

why do people with ginger hair always try to convince you its strawberry blonde really? lol
hairs hair isn't it? does it matter what colours it is, i have to admit i do like dark hair best on men and women but saying that i would never rule someone out cause of their hair colour that would just be silly lol
