currently I feel like I'm waiting for Monday to go to work. just going through the motions until something comes along...
any suggestions?
Well you have two choices, you could go to bed and stay there till monday or you could get off your arse and do something!

Why not phone a friend? No, but seriously, I know sometimes I need someone else to help me "snap out of it", not everyone can do it for themselves every time.

Give yourself a luxury pampering at home - bubble bath, oil massage, makeup, dressup. Set up your camera and take some sexy pics of yourself or a video. Then get in bed with a good book or magazine, chocolates and some toys (in case you get some inspiration and are too bored to get up and collect them). Tomorrow you can do it all over again! biggrin

This may sound naff but they both work for me:
1. Get a pair of binoculars and go out somewhere and watch the birds feeding, mating, and generally going about their business. Water birds are particularly good. I find it impossible not to have my mood lifted doing that.
2. Put on a stout pair of shoes and go for a brisk walk, at least 2 miles, and more if you can do it. Don't amble! The idea is to speed up your circulation and liven up all parts of your metabolism. You come back with your blood signing in your veins and it changes your day.
Days like the one you're having can be terrible, and I sympathise - but only you can can change them, and you can!
