Please excuse my ignorance but have been looking at the site for a couple of weeks now. We are both very curious and wanted to start off with some same room activity, nothing too heavy. Looked in our local area and found a couple. Tried e-mailing but it got returned. Do we need to register an AD to contact people ? Any advice would be appreciated.

Could be a number of reasons:
Some privacy software will automatically reject and an "unknown" e-mail address and return an "address not known" message to deter spam mail.
Could be someone set up an e-mail address, and an ad. Then changed their minds, and simply trashed the e-mail address
Could be a timewaster winding you up
If you are using or similar free e-mail service, and sending to something like AOL, they have a spam monitoring system which can cause a address to be rejected.
Probably a number of other reasons, but does any of this sound familiar??
