I love it when I find a £10 in my jeans pocket after washing them.
What do you like by way of a surprise?
Forgive me, but wouldn't the £10 be rather soggy?
Plim wink
Waking up with a pair of lips on my tackle!
Money is very robust. And I don't go into the pockets until they are dry. biggrin:D:D:D:D Sometimes the money even gets ironed.

Things aren't always what they seem.......
Cubes is talking about fish lips as he'd fell asleep while out angling. :giggle:

This could go in the memory thread but as we are talking money here to seems relevant.
I have been having a stock clear out/sort out recently. A little while back I was eying everything in the room wondering what I could sell when I noticed on a top shelf an Elephant statue, it came from my brothers house when he moved and he didnt want it anymore. I had a vague memory of it having a £100 price tag underneath it so I picked it up for a look. Out from underneath the statue pops off and hits me in the head £90 in notes dunno Ive no idea when I put it there or what for. Slightly bemused now I am trying to think what to do with this £90 so I decide the best place for it is in the front room on top of the cabinet, I'll put it under something. Into the front room I go stand on the chair lift up my daughters picture go to put down the £90 and, oh hang on whats that? answer £50 in notes lol Again no idea when I put that there or for what reason.
Fast forward a few days and I am now in the midst of stock sorting. In a cardboard box full mostly with Playstation games I stumble across my Sega Dreamcast. This is not a stock one is my personal one that I play. I flip the lid to see if there is a game in it but what do I find? answer £80 in notes again :dunno: Ive not been able to remember what any of the sums of money were for so I used quite a bit of it to attend the Bristol Social then go out and get rat assed round town later.
Everyones been laughing about it here but as I think about it more it does make me wonder if I am a prime candidate for some kind of memory disorder later down the road sad

Finding any unexpected money is always a joy!
I like checking my bank balance and finding I have more than I thought. It doesn't happen very often though! *sigh*
Finding out that someone I thought was totally vanilla and sensisble is far far naughtier than me!!!!!! Is keeping me very intrigued and amused, love it!!!
It's fatal that more money in the bank than I thought thing... I end up going on a horrible spending spree and coming back with hoards of things I think will be useful. It's back to the Dave_Notts christmas food thread where something is only a bargain if you use it... apparently. confused
lol LG. x
