contacting someone to help with ad loss

hi ,i'm new here so once more hi, tried to use this before but got shouted at for not using the right language or being a winger or somthing else that I didn't now about, so sorry for the pramble ,is it possible to communcate directly thru this medium and how and where do I do it, with an admin or moderator, who can help me, wait for it, if its not the right place just tell me, and I do know about tickets, I have had all my adds scratched tonight and now another one ,I'm trying to obey the rules can I have help. ulyssus confused

Nope, you're NOT obeying all the rules at all - which explains the loss of ALL eight ads - four under each username. Identical ads under two usernames is NOT following the rules. And you've had the same problem before!!

Your best bet would be to send a pm or put in a support ticket, as Jags has stated running identical ads under two usernames At The Same Time isn't in keeping with the rules.
I'm locking this thread now as I can't see it going anywhere.
