Not sure if i can explain this well but ill give it a go
When having a wank and about to cum squeeze you anus at the same time holding your stomach in tightly this will stop the semen coming out and also give you a better orgasm about 5 mins later you can get another stiffy and do it all again ....takes a bit of practice though.....then your ready for your meet...works for me...
