we were having a discussion here today about celebrety dull island
and talk turned to what five things would you want if you were stranded on a desert island ?
mine were Abi Titmuss ,some tools ,a first aid kit ,a large case of Vodka and a multiband radio
what would you have ?
(my mate wanted his playstation ! chocolate tea pot came to mind )

Desert Island ..without celebreties
A gun, for shooting things....especially intruders.. leave me alone, I am happy here.
A harpoon... for shooting fish type things
A jet Ski for larking about and chasing whales...
Laptop with solar powered internet access (i don't care how it works..it just does...right!)
And... . a monocle. To stare back at the whales with...see how those feckers like being looked at with one big eye!

Make fishing hooks/traps and catch dinner.
Check internet for La Rousse Gastronomique - French book that tells you how too prepare and cook anything known to man.
Ask Mrs Mc's advice.
Place food on BBQ.
Serve hot with a garnish and green salad.
My still and wine making facilities will take a few days to prepare I'm afraid.

And it seems very unfair... 1st slave gets a 6 day week.... with a day off, and the 2nd slave only has to work for one day... I reckon the Slaves Serfs and Feudal Peasants Union may have something to say about this unfair division of labour....
