My only comment would be, if this is true then where are the captured pics or movies for us to see. Capturing msn cam and voice is so damned easy, as are most other cam programs. Why hasn't this 'reporter' got pics?

Jeff camming isn't safe at all, saying that, I do it often cos I don't have anything to hide and I don't do anything I am ashamed of.
If you want 'live' streaming like a little video then yes you do need a program to do it with which I don't intend to mention here. Still pictures are very easy and most people have what it takes on their machines anyway.
If you don't want to be caught, then don't do it. Its as simple as that. Or atleast get to know who is watching you real well so you can cut down the risks.
