Disappearing Photo Ads?

Hi
Has anyone else had ads that simply disappear after a period of time? Is there a new policy I am not aware about?
I have submitted two support tickets (one yesterday, one 2 weeks ago) and yet to get any response from either.
If I had something in the ad that was against the AUP surely a moderator would drop a one line message to me rather than simply deleting them dunno

Think you should, by now, be aware of the site rules about posting photo ads and you HAVE in the past been given advice and guidance about your use of the system. Some of this advice and guidance has been rather firm!
Site rules say

The onus is on the account holder to ensure that all adverts are submitted into the correct Photo Ads categories. Adverts in the wrong categories will be deleted and continued abuse may result with your account being de-activated.
Multiple adverts in the wrong categories will be deemed as spamming which is unacceptable.
The SH Team has the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt and/or delete content posted by you in accordance with our terms and conditions.

If you use the site responsibly then things should be hunky-dory!
