Much prefer stockings with suspenders rather than hold-ups. Especially if the profile of the fastener can be seen or imagined through a dress/skirt.
The glimpse of stocking top is a very evocative sight, hinting at pleasures beyond.
Some may consider it strange, though, in a state of undress I prefer the stockings to come off.
Which may be why I don't prefer hold-ups as, aesthetically the elasticated tops leave marks and spoil the smoothness of the thigh!

Mrs mdr wears many styles... Rarely hold-ups and so mostly with suspenders.. she prefers it that way.
The secret is the right suspender belt to the right stockings .. she used to shy away saying it was tarty but knowing what she now knows in that it drives most red blooded males nuts she really enjoys the 'power' she has lol even over me...
Over the last couple of years she has even gone very retro and very rarely wears anything other than the true fully fashioned stockings this allows her to dress up even more.. I'm a fan it has to be said.

I dont usually wear stockings to be honest, i will wear them if i go to a club and i make the effort to dress up, i dont really think i have the legs for stockings and i feel a bit silly if i wear them but we have to make the effort sometimes lol

I love stockings and suspenders but they aren't really practical for everyday, so normally wear lace top hold ups for work etc and save stockings and suspenders for playtime! :twisted:

I love to wear stockings, and go through phases between hold ups and suspenders. I have just started moving back into the suspender type stage (but mainly because I have just got 2 new basques) so the hold ups are on hold at the moment.
For playing, or with my thight boots, I prefer fishnet hold ups rather than normal stockings (mainly because I cant ladder them within 2 minutes of putting them on)

I enjoy wearing lacey hold ups & in private stockings. On a meet, I wear what I am most comfortable in & depends on where we meet. If its a social drink I may just wear my jeans however, change when I get home or wherever

I'm a hold ups girl, mainly because I can never find a suspender belt that A: is confortable to wear and B: doesn't cut in and look naff. Any advice? Do you wear them at your natural waist or lower on your hips?
