You think you know the people you call friends and how wrong can you be yes, it has happened to me I called someone friend then I find they are doing completely the opposite to what they tell me they are doing. That is ok fine I can take a hint but I wish they had the decency to tell me in the first place. Should I stay or should I go now? :karaoke: bit of a dodgy song but hey its at times like this that I like it.

ops: :inlove: friends come and go...as time goes by they fade into memories that return to us through rose tinted glass....friends are defined by the emotional attachment we have to them at a certain time and a certain place, so it goes without saying that as time goes by you are distanced from that time and place. So is it any wonder that friends come and go?..........the only person who stays with you throughout your life is yourself. So be true to yourself and you will be in the place and the time you want to be, so in time when you look back at that time and place you can say you had GREAT friends.....for a time!

Might sound a tad cynical but just about everybody on this planet is out for themselves. Quite often people are your friends becausetheylike being with you (which is good) - and so It is really for them they are doing it.
There are people who are there for you when things go bad and are unpleasant. They are good people but I think it is more likely that they do it because they are good people rather than necessarily being a friend.
Speaking as someone with a surfeit of friends (I often have to tell groups of them to F**K OFF) - I am of course an expert.

...................People that take time to listen to you are friends, well ones that you trust to tell your intimate things too. I would never talk to anybody that I did not trust. So a friend you have here, a silent one if that.

Just appreciate the real friends you know are true friends and the others you were talking about you are obviously better off without!

Thank you all for your comments ladies and gentlemen (yes I know but I am in a poite mood :twisted: ) seriously, I feel and think I am in the wrong I expected to much from this person and I have put them under pressure I am the one at fault, I hope they in time will forgive me my mistakes I am not perfect even though for them I try to be. If you do read this my darling friend I am sorry please understand I am hurting at the moment and I am not sure what to do about the situation, I know too that your not sure as well. I will give you the space you need if you wish and I will wait for you to want me back in your life. I will always care for you I will walk into hell and back if it would keep you safe and well.
