...thats still put your PJ's or other form of clothing you wear to bed...under your pillow in the morning? i was making the bed today with the missus and it got me thinking...we still put our pj's under our pillows!...are there other things we still do from childhood?
I don't do that with mine as I don't wear any, but bringing my daughter up I've always put hers under her pillow as my mam did.
I never thought I would but I do have a lot of my mam's traits, for example a Sunday evening when my daughter was young was always bath, hair washed, uniform ironed and ready, shoes polished and early night! lol
I never have, i've always slept in my boxers. smile
I wear P.J.s in the winter as my house is baltic during the night and that midnight dash to the toilet, without them, becomes akin to the olympic 100m final. And yes, when making my bed in the morning they go under the pillow. redface Along with my fluffy socks and hair bobble.
Most days I don't even take my pyjamas off never mind make the bed and put them under the pillow!
I dont wear any and its a bugger trying to peel the skin off rotflmao

Yep!! smile Still put pjs under my pillow... when I remember to wear them!
As for other things... well, I still prefer to eat dinner at the dining room table, as that's what we did as kids, rather than on a tray on my knee - and I'm sure there are a million other things I do 'cos they were 'drummed into me' but you know what, I don't care. I think my parents did an ace job raising us, so there's worse people I could turn into!!

I stopped wearing vests at about age 9 and pyjamas at about 11 or 12. I have recently had to invest in a dressing gown purely because the little ones still get us up at night and I wanted to avoid the risk of bumping into our 15-year old (girl) whilst stark naked  :scared:
Other than that I don't wear anything in bed - except Sappho

I leave my bedclothes on the radiator in the bathroom..
If I am using a nighty then I would stuff it under my pillow in the morning
Ian only wears boxers when we are away and he might bump into my parents if we are sharing a house. He would put them under his pillow but I don't know of that is something I've got him doing or if he would do it anyway confused

I was reading through my son's baby book the other day, that I faithfully completed with first words and first foods etc..
his first word was 'thankyou'. I remember how anally I parroted 'thankyou' everytime I picked up a toy. Put his food in front of him when feeding him etc.. and spent his childhood saying 'pardon' if he mispronounced any words until he repeated himself correctly.
It does all pay off in the end.

i still sulk sad

That's not good for the soul!
Me? I don't put things under pillows - I air!
Was it -2C earlier this morning? All my windows are wide open airing the house. The pillows are on the window sills soaking up winter sunshine and filling themselves with fresh air. In the summer, duvets will be draped over fences, out in the warm air.
I carry this with me from my childhood; to air is human.
