I started to watch it from Tom Baker onwards but there was only one Doctor and that was Tom Baker.
My second choice would be Pat Troughton ,the cosmic hobo ,if he didn't do a good job as the doctor after william hartnell there wouldn't be any other doctors to follow, so i think he did well smile :)
Last nights Dr Who was brill !!!!
And the new Dr Who is far more yummy than the old one !!!
Can't wait for the next series

A fine dramatic ending to the series and I suspect there will be a few TV awards for the whole series in the near future. Pity Eccleston didn't continue as we'd just got used to him, though I thought the transformation to David Tennant was the best yet and I have every confidence in him as the next doctor.

The new Dr....must have been inspired by Arthur Daley?

And he's back this Saturday... not much gets me too excited these days but just the sound of the Tardis 'thurming' is enough to get my bottom on the sofa and my eyes squinting to look whilst at the same time not looking.

Before my Lappy was stolen I used it to make an Mp3 of the theme tune (my tv's sound goes through my hifi...) for the default ringtone on my phone......:giggle:
Can't wait! biggrin
My message tone on my own mobile is the Tardis noise, still sends shivers up my spine. Oh, and my wallpaper is a large gold Dalek.
Wish we still had our very own Big Black Dalek!

I don't know.....I'll have to see the rerun tomorrow....lol
I might do that as well lol
I'll have a look at my recording... but it certainly was a good opener. Did anyone watch the Dr Who special Weakest Link last night? Funny funny stuff - specially when John Barrowman began singing the theme tune and the rest of the cast did the harmony!
lol

Anne Robinson and I both like that phrase!
What about Noel/Mickey offering to have babies with Anne Robinson - said they'd be chocolate oranges.
rotflmao :rotflmao: Only he could get off with saying that and it was so funny too.
