dvd to pics ???

Hi all. we are still trying to get pics of us on SH. And as we have just done a "lets say Movie!" whats the best way to get stills from it?????.

Warming the Bed
TMPGenc software allows you to capture video screen shots i'm guessing there are some other ones out there. Can always try the magic print screen button.

You can pause a scene in Windows Media Player (i'm running 2003), click the file menu and "save as" a jpeg.
I don't know if this works in older versions.
