Since the change in the site has any one had difficulty receiving mail or is it simply no one likes my add. confused

Any one with an answer either way let me know biggrin

We haven't had any replies to our ad since the site was changed. I think it might be because the search function isn't working, so it takes a bit more work for people to find us.
Either that or we're mingers biggrin

Has anyone been told when the search function will ready?

some of my posts seem to have disappeared - if they've gone to the 'junk' section i don't know where this is. It only caught my attention because a cryptic message telling me about another site disappeared. I honestly wasn't that interested but if the 'glitches' continue I guess I will be.

Thanks to every one who replied. Checked my junk file still nothing must be me I cant be appealing to the audiance out there! Oh well. :cry:

I suspect this is the case.
Correct the error in your sig (missing "]" at the end) and forum users will be able to jump directly to your ad.

WHEN I get one, they seem to end up in my "bulk mail" section. Try looking there if you have one.

Most email accounts will let you lower your junk filters. If your filter is too high you can easily miss genuine emails, amongst the trash.

It's more likely that no-one can find your ad. I've repeated an ad that has previously brought in a huge amount of replies........post change, nada! The fact that ads still can't be searched is the biggest problem, people have to trawl through them to find people in their area or do a search of forum members and then click on each one to see if they have an ad - it's hugely time consuming.
I also noticed that there is no longer a section for Dogging ads.

i think i know the problem,
when i recieve a e-mail telling me ive got any kind of contact its headed DO NOT REPLY so maybe when your contacting people they think they are not actually allowed to reply ???
