The ones that work for me for internet email are
- if u sort the spam filters out - i've had a account for nearly 7 years now
- pretty good, very little spam and i've never had a problem sending or receiving files
lycos - yeh - I use that for basic messages ie urls from work etc - seems to take an age for anything else.
Yeah, are pretty good, I've had various accounts over the years and never had a huge problem, except when I couldn't send to any AOL addresses, but that seems sorted now. I also use , but often can't get on as the servers get very busy very quickly. I did try Excite once but gave it up as a bad job.
For me i used freeserve, , and , all work fine.

I have not encountered the problem Blue refers to about server availability but I am not a prolific user.
is web based not PC based and has successfuly kept all e-mail viruses off my PC thus far .Touch wood!

I was getting tired of the extraneous, spam like, lines that lycos was appending to the end of my emails. I'm now with For 12 quid I got a domain registered for 2 years and an email account that I can use either with outlook, or via a web interface. I've had it about 3 months now and so far I'm very impressed.
