I like ebay. I've bought loads of stuff on there and sold quite a bit too. I did try to sell the ex but the b*stard kept getting out of the box
I'm not an avid user but i like it. I bought n sold about 40 or so items and had no trouble.
i love Ebay, its done me a few favours in its time biggrin
I buy 99% of my goods/gadgets/books/cd/antiques etc from Ebay!

Oh come on, it ain't all that bad. Not sure what it is that gets your back up though confused
Had one bad experience but their customer service department resolved it within a couple of days, so sorry I can't jump on the band wagon on this one.
I have approximately 1500 nigerian friends thanks to ebay, they just love to buy cheap mobile phones...

It's ok really - I just get a little frustrated at eBay for removing my listing because I put my phone number in the ad.
Something to do with "selling outside the eBay marketplace".
Rubbish. I just think it better to chat with someone about my item than try and think about putting everything down in writing - missing something - then the buyer claims mis-selling.
I really need a coffee, which means I will have to go out and get that milk....!

It's just so true. You flip onto it, don't want anything, not looking for something - then have a  and start looking for it. Before you know it Posty Pat ( other delivery services are available )is knocking at your door with yet more pointless, un-needed crap that you can put in the garage with the rest of the boxes marked " Car boot sale ". :kick:
Love it. biggrin
It does have it's benifits I managed to fully equip a 4 bay commercial garage includeing tools compressors mig's the whole lot for a third of what it would have cost me to do it from places like machine mart.
I know some of the quality is suspect but at £5 for an angle grinder if it burns out after one use it's payed for it's self in time saved by me not having to file or sand by hand. I bough t2 of them and they are both still going strong biggrin

I did that, bought my kitten a load of stuff to keep it amused whilst it was housebound, it never really used the stuff, so disassembled it, at this point the kitten was interested in playing with the bits. lol
And flogged the whole lot back on ebay and made a small profit!! :gigle:
Blueeyes, just flog it again on ebay, before the post price goes by.
eBay's the daddy wink

I've sold loads of vehicles on e bay and have always posted my phone number with the phrase viewing is recomended as you are bidding to buy not simply to view so please call xxx xxxx xxx to arange a viewing and I never had a listing pulled well apart from the 50 yo fire engine that they removed because of the blues and twos claiming It was inpersonating a law enforcement vehicle confused
Ebay is good for some things only really.
Things like phones i would never buy on there. rolleyes
