I think we need to pay Ledley and as an Arsenal fan this is the hardest thing i have ever had to say. Terry looked unfit and a little bit of anold cart horse to say the least .Plus this is going to be a very physical game so we will need two big black walls at the back !!!
We need to stick with Owen and Roonie Upfront, Owen will come good, he just needs a little confidence.
Does anyone know if scholes is fit ???...if so he is the first name on the team sheet along with Roonie.

Well as far as United lacking fire this season,it had nothing to do with having no Beckham,more like missing Ferdinand!
As for loving Heskey,never gonna happen,the only way he'll score is if he falls over the ball and accidentally knocks it in.
And as far as Scholes is concerened last i heard he is fit

you watch...owen score a hat trick and rooney is nobbled daft and does not hit anyone. I think we overdo the young talent aka gazza and expect so much from a young lad. TEAMWORK is the key, and let us not forget we have a wealth of talent...it just NEEDS to gell.....

As for Owen he's been playing like a muppet,hardly seen him on the ball so far.
Which probably means Sven will play him,the man who picked V Nistlerooy for man of the match in the FA cup final,when Ronaldo was definately the best player on the pitch!!!!

Ol' Sven himself said Rio's the best defender in Europe if not the world and yep, Owen's done nothing good apart from setting Rooney's first up so far.
However, we all know what Owen's capable of... I just wish he'd snap out of it and bag a couple quick though!
As for the cup final, you're spot on there Clare. Ronaldo was the best player on the pitch by a mile that day, and for me was United's best player full-stop last season.
Thing is; We beat Croatia tonight and there's a good chance we'll be playing Mr Ronaldo n' friends in the quarter finals :shock:

Unfortunately my other half is extremely dissillusioned and obviously cannot remember who says what in our conversations

Yes i do agree that when Clare is ranting on about rubbish i tend to switch off and nod my head so she thinks im listening,but all blokes do that.
When it comes to footy though im all ears,thus i remember what was said and by whom.
