Its gone down hill for ages now. We met up with some friends trading there last year, and you go with expectations of being shocked or surprised and hope to find something new and exciting. Sadly, its turned into a 18 rated Blackbush market with over priced tat.
There were a couple of goth stalls that had some fabulous clothes but other than that.......yawn factor of 10.

The last manchester one was just like a market. Not one bit sexy. I took a non swinging friend with me and she was all excited but couldn't believe how dull and boring it was. The show was poor with really bad choreography. There were not enough fit girlies in sexy outfits to ogle at. And bloody expensive!

I ended up going on my own meeting up with hubby and our friend later on, but wasnt impressed with queuing for about an hour in the rain despite having pre-purchased tickets, whilst those wishing to purchase tickets on the door with a Credit Card, waltzed straight to the front of the bloody queue 
Its not all its cracked up to be as its really just a large Ann Summers party with some more varied extra stalls, but if you do go with some friends, you can have a laugh and a good time, after all its not just a shopping trip
We didnt find the prices too bad actually unless you were looking at the real quality costumes and masks etc. Compared to prices at some shops in Afflecks Palace in Manchester which we visited for the first time last Saturday, some prices were actually cheaper here for the run of the mill fetish garb.
I got a free t-shirt saying "I love Sex Toys" lol some lube samples, and an Angel tshirt! Also bought some small bits and pieces such as a pink crop (ready for Satins party) which I took along to the Torture Garden Ball and was used rather a lot :twisted:
Saying that, the TG Erotica ball was pretty tame by TG standards, not so many of the hardcore fetish clubbers and more older people in suits and dresses who looked a bit out of place, we think they were the business side of the Erotica event with free tickets
Dont get me wrong, everyones welcome to go but just feel that the point of having Torture Garden organise it was to be more fetish etc.
Anyway, we had a brill weekend, laughing, drinking, larking about, hobbling around on my sore feet (been on feet all day Sat then TG in evening was just toooooo much for my size '3' lol).

ps. thanks to our friend for coming down and partying with us yet again, really was chilled and a laugh, heres to many more!
