Essex bash thank you

Thanks to Tony for organising last nights bash,
It was so lovely to meet more faces that I chat to regularly in whichever Essex chatroom we all end up in biggrin

Tiz but a blur now in the bright sunshine of Sunday morning, but I really hope I managed to meet n grope everyone I knew wink

I certainly had my huggle batteries re-charged, that's for sure. What a lovely bunch of people

i have had to hide all the matches and lighters too now, just in case pmsl
was good to grope a few people but i (ian) need a few more next time hahaha

Well what a top night..... I would never have thought that I would have enjoyed meeting so many "newbie" folks as I did.
Social Sexretary enjoyed herself with our make do badge system lol

Just wanted to say a HUGE thanks to Tony for arranging such a great bash last nite - had a brilliant time! It was so good to put so many faces to names, and see friends old and new! Gutted I didn't get to meet more of yous, but what a good turn out!!
My head's swinging this morning after the endless top-ups and one or two guadruple voddie and cokes a sneaky someone got me, but 'no pain, no gain' eh?!?! ;-)

It was great to see some familiar faces and some new ones too! Meeting Tatty for the first time after all these years was very cool, you're a lovely lass, good to meet vodkatonic and her wandering hands!
Nice to chat to Redhair, if very briefly, and Tabbi and lots of others. The couple I sat down with and chatted to for a while were very nice but my memory refuses to give me the names.
My memory for names has always been appalling so sorry if I have forgotten anyone redface

Cheers to Mr D for the lift back and to Chard and friend for the hilarious banter.

we were seriously late,hadnt got a clue it was on till we got a phone call at 10 pm saying were we coming??

Glad u all enjoyed, and thinking about the next one already
Just so the rumours are quashed, the pub is still fine with us, as they have not contacted me in any way to say that they had a problem with us lol
They have all my contact details so there shoud be no trouble holding a meet there again!!
I am currently looking out for a new venue, as it would be good to find one with little to no cost and have music or disco, and slightly later drinking times lol
looking to hold the next on the 28th Oct to make it a haloween social
also will have to arrange for a list on the door and slightly better name tags lol

Glad everybody enjoyed it and it seems like everybody would like another, so its really down to times and dates, any suggestions greatly appreciated

Thought fancy dress will be fun.
Need to arrange sum sort of sillyness as well so that everybody gets to mingle and the new and old faces can meet and chat... maybe a silly game or 2, or something along those lines!!!
