hi i've been an extra's member for sometime but dont think its been a year yet but for some reason im not an extra's member anymore although i do have an extra's in chatroom what should i do, an d is it somthing to do with site?

Same here - signed up in April. Obviously there has been some work over the last few days so i'm sure it's just a glitch - hopefully the guys will sort it out in the near future

same here as well,had extras on my account on wednesday morning but not on wednesday night .may be a problem with servers?

Not sure if it's anything to do with it but the whole site's been going tits up for a little while now due to servers and the Bods playing ping pong until the early hours.
They're doing their best to get it sorted so hold tight for now and see what happens :thumbup:

Thanks for flagging up the possible Extras issue, midnight tonight is the anniversary of the main changes to SH and we put in some code to make sure that all accounts should work with the right upgrade levels and everything looked to be ok, but we will run some checks in the morning to see if something has gone wrong.

Same here i have lost my extras as well, and only had it 6 months ago,
Whats going on with this site?

Can anyone advise how long after buying Extras they are enabled on your account?
Mine apparently expired today so I renewed them but its still not being recognised by the site?
Any Ideas?

hi, my extras privileges have disappeared,I paid up for a year only a few months ago, this can't be right. can you let me know why?Thanx xx confused

If you still have problems then please raise a support ticket in the usual manner. That way the boys behind the site can see it and deal with it.
