The kind of man who makes my head turn? Hmmm... I'm not sure it's easy to categorise phwoar-ness!
If I were going to try & think about who would make my head turn on the street, I'd probably say a tall-ish chap, dark hair, well-dressed (& by that I mean confidently & stylishly dressed, not necessarily smartly dressed) with a confident walk (I know, I'm odd!) If he is black or dark-complected, then yeah, that will possibly draw my eye & make me give him a look up & down.
Looking at him now more closely (rather than a perve from afar!) then I'd be looking for things like a nice smile, twinkly eyes (love a naughty glint!) & nice hands.
Looking even more closely, a nice package is always a bonus! :rascal:
But to be honest, all rules go out of the window sometimes; sexy just is, it can't always be defined.
A man that turns my head would:
take up more space than he physically needs by dint of his presence;
be over 6' tall;
be not too thin - with evidence of physical strength for mammoth hunting;
legs - yes, two, long and strong - thighs eminently claspable between one's own;
hair - very dark or grey, short or none, but not long. Beards are the new black - I like them;
face - wouldn't have to be classically handsome, but have a certain wry something. And intelligent twinkly dark eyes to lose onself in; good teeth;
look - stylishly uncontrived! Head up, facing the world!
OK, without referencing any celebs...
Female, about 5ft 2, not skinny, friendly face (cute), the edge of goth/alternative, not too fussed about breasts so long as they're 'shapely'...
Problem is that ideal female happens to be a spoken-for friend...DAMN!!!

i love a man to be a man! Smell fab first thing in morn and still as good at night, a bit rough around the edges but when he puts a suit on it blows your knickers off.
Hair cut nice and use gel, I love a man with tattoos but not many. I like a man to look like he was always fed a good sunday roast(but never went back for seconds)
A nice colour to his face and body (not like hes ready for a postmortum cuz hes so pale)
And most of all to wear matching socks and clean pants lol lol
I dont really have a type but I do like my man to smell nice and not like an old pub ashtray with yellow fingers or teeth. Other than that I like a personality for sure!
for me its not particularly looks i go for although when it comes to men i have a weakness for big rugby playing types, its the thighs lol and women its nice sparkly eyes,
i like my mind to be stimulated, its not just about stringing a few words together, its something more, but hard to describe, it can be the way someone talks to me or intensely looks at me,
i like someone who makes an effort
nice smiles and bubbly characters
lol think its easier to describe turn offs...... pretentious, arrogance, chauvanistic, bad BO, selfish, vain, overly moralistic types who want to save the world and are oh so pc,
and i wonder why im still single !!!!
I like women to look like women, not boy's, keep your stick thin bimbo's, for me it's women with curve's,
Hair yes I like them with hair, colour, lenght, how ever it come's
Breast's, yes I like them with breast's too
Now come's the bit that matter's, a mind of there own, thats important to me above all else,
Kind of woman that I have always looked at over the years. This is not exclusive but is the type I have always liked to look at. 
So the above is not exclusive just a preference.
