I don't do expensive smelly stuff, but when I did I rather liked Eau Savage and occasionally Kouros. And Varca, not so much "lemony" as sherberty ;)
These days I don't even know if they make those any more.
After years of razor burn I've settled on moisturiser rather than smelly, stingy, expensive coloured water.

I have acute sensivity to perfume and alcohol so as for fragrance I can't really say as, in my case, less is more.
I do love the smell of my fabric conditioner on clothes though and a line of washing in my kitchen makes me smile.
I love the smell of my son's hair when he is clean. I remember the smell of him as a baby, all fat and full of breast milk. In fact anything to do with babies I love the smell of. I am soooo broody that I will often choose a till in the supermarket so I can watch a baby/child interacting with it's parents. In fact that is tills, cafe tables, shops, train carriages etc.
ho hum... so my favourite smells are those that I associate with the things I love most:- babies/children and people. cool

I have a few that I wear but always seem to revert back to Jean Paul Gaultier or Coco.
I smelt another one the other night and actually really liked it although it reminded me of someone/somewhere/sometime I can't quite put my finger on. It's been bugging me the last few days. Sisley. I can't decide if it's an older lady's perfum or not. I kinda liked it. I like how smells trigger reminders. I'd like it even more if I could remember what it reminded me of. lol

Fresh out of the shower with a hint of coal tar (ok I'm weird - I know).
I'm not really into added scents. But something very light and not floral will usually do the trick.
