On my way home from work last night I popped into tescos to do some shopping and was feeling a bit peckish.
I bought 2 brown rolls and a tin of corned beef and when I got in I had 2 corned beef with branston pickle rolls= yummy!.
Whats your favourite sarny?.

Hummm... Mines got to be brown malted bread with cheese and branston pickle...
Steve's is marmite and cheese.. he also likes peanut butter in there sometimes..( what a combination) lol

It is also good to vary your diet, in fact I eat brown bread, but white rolls as too much brown flour can actually be bad for you.
If I had to say one favourite, probably Tuna and Sweetcorn Salad with white rolls or brown bread, granary is nice, but harder on the teeth.

Having taken extensive research, I can confirm that I have finally solved the age old question about the chicken and the egg, and which came first.
To obtain the answer, just study the menu at any Macdonalds "restaurant". You can get egg from 6:30, but you can't get chicken until after 10:30.
