It's probably a social problem.
If guys leer at a woman they're sex-starved and juvenile, if they don't look they're gay.

Hi Foxy. I think it really depends on how you feel about yourself on a particular day. Some days I feel really sexy, my hair looks good, my outfit is spot on.
