Feeling our way into the Scene,Any one help

Well myself and my wife would love to go to a club soon but our fear is that we may be obliged to do some stuff when were not really ready,would it be acceptable to go to a club and get a feel so to say and not have to play with others without the locals thinking we are just voyeurs? confused

: Any nice poeple out there to give us some advice?

And who cares what the locals think? Voyeurs' money is just as welcome as anybody elses at the door, surely?
Just make sure you practice the phrase, "No thank you." and practice it at various intensity levels just in case you get someone who 'didn't hear' you the first time.

Thought we'd just go along for the 'crack' as it were to begin with but eneded up having a great night. Best tip - don't gawp! (or run with scissors)
