Being a bit slow in the brain department I have only just found the term FFA, women who find fat men particulary attractive. Are there any FFA's on this site?
As a fat man I have a bias opinion as why big guy are good, just interested to see if any others have an opinion.

I'm married to a larger than life fella and I'm obviously extremely attracted to him, but it's not all about a body is it?! there is so much more to a man (or woman) than their bodies that make them attractive.

However, as a big girl I am quite wary of the whole BBW/FFA (had not actually heard that term till today) scene... I'll try and explain.
Sure I know that there are guys who would not find me attractive because they don't like fat women and that's cool... but actually, I am equally ambivalent about the guys who profess to like me cos they do like fat women. I would soooooo much rather be liked for who I am, found sexy because of my dirty mind :grin: let's say, or for my personality
hwoar: rather than my size. I guess what I mean is, I am most happy having fun with open-minded (and therefore sexy) folk who are confident and comfortable in their own skin... and I would hope that is reciprocated, whatever size they are or I am.
Sexy just is, regardless of size.

I am always doubtful about people who focus so much on finding men or women of any particular size or look attractive. It should be the personality that is the main criterion of what someone find attractive in someone else.
There is a BBW chat room here on this site - it’s often a pretty lively one, and there are some damned attractive women among the regulars there, but the regulars in there are not all large size, nor necessarily admirers of others of large sizes. Anyone who comes in and starts going on about how much they find big women attractive can sometimes get some pretty sarky ripostes from regulars there who do not want to be so strictly categorised.
So I suggest that the people who get the most out of here are those who broaden (oops! pardon the pun
) their scope.

Yep... and I think that is what slightly puts me off the whole thing - as I am more prone to fetishizing (is that even a word?!

rather than people. The only time these fetishes with 'much larger' people get out of hand (IMO) is when people are 'fed' to put on weight for a media demand.
For example, I watched a documentary a while back about a very very large woman who had her own website, her partner ran the websites and cooked for the woman encouraging her to put on more weight for the growing fetish demand placed on them by the members.
It's a worrying trend as the person being displayed technically is eating themselves to death.

I can't say that im am attracted to big men as such, but i have played with big guys if i have met them and got on, i think like most to me its more about the person asa whole than what they look like, however i used to be a size 22 and take it from me big and big just don't go when it comes to sex

I am a big girl, but i hate being called a BBW. For a start, I dont want to be objectified as a fat woman. I'm me, Trix, and part of me is my size - however it's not the defining part of me.
Also, i find the term "BBW" quite patronising. Big Beautiful Woman ? Why cant i be big and ugly as sin? Does being porky mean that i expect everyone to find my body irresistable or it's a sure sign that they're repressed and prejudiced ? It's a ridiculous term.
AND, hopping on the pedantry bandwagon, why do some women describe themselves as a beautiful BBW ? Beautiful Big Beautiful Woman ?
