maybe not, but it would provide some of the power you require ;)
10k, would start with a top end PC and an Xbox 360 boys toys biggrin Then a new bathroom maybe for Mrs Tweeky I couldent give a feck personally. The rest I would have to put away for medical expenses we once again need sad if there was 500-800 so left would find another one of them bargin holidays to Corfu or where ever.
I would pay off all my debts, which in turn would leave me free to take part time hours at work, and retrain.
If I had to spend it on something rather than paying off the debts, it would be a holiday.
I've always wanted to stay at the Ice hotel in Norway, and go to Iceland, and Greenland. Whale watching in Norway too.
A girl can dream I guess!!!
I'd buy a new latop. One that isn't full of tea and crumbs redface
I'd replace my banger of a car.
Replace the horrible bathroom we have rolleyes
I would take my mum on a holiday of a lifetime as she hasn't had much happiness since my dad died
Spend most of it on wine women and song.....
And waste the rest :giggle:
With £10,000 I would just so love to have a month with my Mrs wherever she wanted to go whatever she wanted to do. God I so owe her that.
oooohhhhh good thread Jags
Would send kids and grandparents on holiday to Disneyworld, Florida together.
Sure they would have loads of fun.
But not as much as Mr G and myself would get alone for a couple of weeks lol  :rascal: :rascal:

That sounds lovely. Hope you can manage it one day.
The Ice Hotel has had some great reviews and would make a wonderful holiday.
Think if I were asked to chose one holiday I would go to plump for the Grand Canyon and do a helicopter trip round it!
lol

The Ice Hotel..

My cousin went to a wedding there. Her and the other bridemaids all had thermal boots on hidden by their long dresses. lol

I'm been thinking about what I'd buy if I were given a lump sum of (say) £5,000 or £10,000 and couldn't come up with anything significant.
My dream fridge freezer?
A new car??
A big flat TV set??
Nothing captured my imagination - I could fritter the money away on small items easily enough.
Is there anything you would spend it on?
dunno

ello Jags wave
10k hmmmm
I could buy my lad 'that' bycicle he's been bugging me about for the last 6 months, oh and the strat guitar he's hankering after rolleyes
with the change i would take him on a "dad n son" wilderness experience holiday out in the boonies somewhere. That is so overdue
