Hi all....
in the process of trying to sort out first meet.
Do people get rooms?? If so, how on earth do you sort out the arrival ?
Yes, people do get rooms.
Two ways to do it really, book two rooms and swap room numbers, bit expensive though but i do believe if you book well in advance you can get a room cheap, with the travel lodge type, or go for the brazen approach and just walk in, straight past reception and go for it . We've done both and to be fair as long as their getting your cash and your discrete (no broken beds or screaming) your pretty ok!
Another alternative is a club, nice atmosphere, cool, chilled out and everyones pretty much there for the same thing so no one takes much notice biggrin
Hope this helps and good luck!
You can always get two rooms or one and then either meet up in the bar or in a pub nearby.
If it's one room best to arrive at the hotel separately and just meet up in it, having shared the number.
Is that what you meant? Good luck.

Hi Nicki
We wondered about this too. On our first meet, the other couple booked a room (Travel lodge type) and paid over the phone, the other couple checked in and then we all met in the bar. We then all went up to the room past reception and.......then at 2am we just left walked straight past reception said "Goodnight" and off we went back home. I have to say i thought that was really horny and deliciously naughty but the guy of our other couple was really nervous about it!!
Personally I wouldn't book two rooms just to be discreet. Too much of a tightwad.
Having played also at a party, for a first meet i would prefer a private hotel meet. But do what's right for you.
And don't worry about worrying about the logistics, we did too but then the more you plan the more it is likely to feel comfortable and enjoy yourselves.
Good luck!!

Hi Nicki,
Go for the one room, you could either book in first and meet them in the bar before going back to the room or text them your room number and they can just knock the door. Places like Travelodge have seen it all before and probably don't even notice anymore.
Have fun wink

If daytime is best, then use a travelodge, dress (initially at least) in a business type suit and make out that you are having a business meeting/interviewing or something similar. Most travelodges have a "little chef" restaurant nearby, which is a good place to meet up first. Have lots & lots of fun!
With loads of people coming redface and going in big hotels I don't think they notice if three, four or more head for the same room but yes it still feels nervewracking though!
