Helen you are very right there. The caller has had opportunity to give at least a clue to who he is. He could easily have done this by phone, or by PM. It is becoming obvious to me that this is some kind of game. With-holding info like this in order to make someone scared is a form of control. He is the one with the power and he knows it. In my view, this is the only logical reason he has not come forward. If this is not the case and he sent the gifts totally well meaningly, and is now emabarrassed after the fuss he has caused it is time he put his own feelings to one side and thought about how this has affected Libra. Come on mate, be a man, eh!
About where he got the address from, if it is actually the case that a swinging heaven member released this without Libra's consent - althought you have been incredibly stupid, YOU could make amends here by PMing Libra and telling her who this guy is. You owe her that much.

He is the one with the power and he knows it. In my view, this is the only logical reason he has not come forward.
His power exists only in the vacuum of his own mind..it seems Libra has moved on now he has identified himself to her (well done Libra). His power over her has ended, as she is no longer fearful. She is reporting the matter to the police, the law will protect her and put a stop to any sinister motives from this guy, if he has any.

This guy says someone gave him Libra's details, but how believable is that really?
Personally, I would regard anyone sneaking around anonymously like that with the deepest suspicion. Giving him the benefit of the doubt and supposing his motives are not malicious, I think he is at best reckless for doing something that would so obviously frighten most people.
Perhaps I'm being naive here, but I just can't come to terms with the idea that someone would be passing on someone's home address without their knowledge or consent.
If this were happening to me, I would think it most likely that the "secret admirer" was actually someone I know.
Why would they pretend? I don't know, maybe they wanted to find out surreptitiously whether Libra can be bought.

I rather think the popular mood is moving against anonymous tokens - whether for good reasons or not, people are getting more security-conscious these days, and therefore more wary of anything like that. Anyway, I'm not sure I see the bluddy (TM MISSCHIEF 2004) point!
