If someone isn't comfortable answering your questions.... they will blink an awful lot... true the eyes do slide sideways too.... easy to spot an evasive person.... lol

The glancing to the left or to the right indicates which function of the brain they are accessing - imagination (to lie) or memory (to recall), though the movement is usually very slight and extremely brief.
Blinking could indicate:
sore/tired eyes
smokey room
Bored silly and trying to stay awake lol :lol: :lol:

Of course introvert tendencies may also result in the person appearing uncomfortable, particularly with extended periods in eye contact, invasion of personal body space, unfamiliar people, etc. The discomfort of the situation is in no way an indication they are not interested in the person they are unconsciously sending the body language messages to.
