Understanding a little about how the NHS works, I don't think it's anything to do with discrimination KS, more about how funds have been allocated. This is obviously a programme targetting the gay/bi male community... and only within Bedford.
I'm sure they can and do offer similar services to couples, as per the post above. I think this guy has just hi-lighted a service that has been made available for gay/bi men in the area. There's likely others for females and couples too

Those who had two brain cells used to take the rubbers....those with no brain-cells used to throw the lot over the road....(well, obviously no brain cells never used to get a chance to shag anyway....so had no need for rubbers)

You're right, any person, male, female, gay, straight, bi, etc etc can walk in to their local GUM and ask for free condoms.
Occasionally, there are campaigns that target certain groups, it's more about raising awareness and you tend to receive freebies from that.

Years ago a mate of mine went to the family planning clinic and they asked how many condoms he used a week. He told them 20 - 30 times a week :lol2: I have never yet seen a box with that many condoms in :shock: they gave him 6 months supply. He took them home and his mum found them in his bedroom Was so funny when he was telling us in the youthclub! About his mum. Happy days
