I personally would recommend if you want that. Not a site, but peer to peer sharing. You won't have to pay a penny. Just be sure to virus scan what you find.

WinMX, Kazaa, etc are free, but they are unregulated. I would strongly urge you not to go there unless your virus protection is bang up to date.
